COMIC RELIEF - UPDATE

Just a quick update from the last post - On Friday 13th March the Lowestoft Kuk Sool Won school raised over £500 for Comic Relief - which should bring the magical total of both our martial art schools to over £1,000 -

What a fabulous achievement and well done to everyone who participated.



The picture above shows myself breaking a board for Comic relief with a turning back side kick, just to demonstrate there's still life in the old-dog yet.

Comic Relief

Last night we held a Comic Relief 'Break-A-Thon' at our martial art school in Halesworth.

Students were invited to raise money and then break a martial art board for Red Nose Day.

I was pleased that near on sixty people turned up for the event and I currently estimate that the Halesworth Kuk Sool School will raise over £500 for this worthy cause, which is absolutely Fantastic.

Tonight it's the turn of the Lowestoft Kuk Sool School to do there bit. Hopefully the outcome will be just as successful and lots of fun will be had by all.
