Well apart from being an excellent form of therapy for myself, I envisage that there may be just someone else out there going through a similar predicament, some other person may also have an overwhelming desire to be healthy and fit, or just like me you’re approaching a significant milestone in age.

My objective through writing this blog is to honestly challenge myself to become fighting fit and feeling fabulous by the age of fifty (excuse the cliché.) If you are interested why not follow my progress, my training regimes and my eating habits. I’ll share them openly with you, the good the bad and the ugly.
